Ready-to-Wear Pieces
We’re happy to accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be:
Unworn and unused
In original condition with tags attached
Returned in original packaging
Accompanied by proof of purchase

Returns and exchanges need to be approved before sending. Return shipping is arranged by the customer, and we’re here to guide you every step of the way.
Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange an item, the fastest way is to request a return (where eligible). Once the return is approved, you can place a new order for the piece you love.
Custom & Dream Coats
Because these pieces are created especially for you, all custom, made-to-order, and Dream Coats are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If something isn’t quite right when your order arrives, please let us know within 48 hours of delivery, and we’ll do our best to make it right.
Refunds
Once your return has arrived and been lovingly checked, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 30 business days.
